I have dedicated most of my work to creating systems to optimize all departments in residential and commercial buildings. After many years of collaborating with management, maintenance, and security teams, the need to enhance tech in the properties became obvious. Ecierge was created to fulfill this need.

Our goal was to unify our property management platform with the technology systems in the building, creating an integration that provides management teams and boards with a single view of all the operational systems.

As the founder of Ecierge, my purpose is to provide unparalleled customer support and forefront technology to enhance the everyday lives of building users. My objective is to build a team of highly skilled and diverse professionals that will support the needs of our investors, clients and staff.

Andrii Chebukin

Co-Founder, CTO

Andrii Chebukin, co-founder and CTO of eCierge. He has a background in Azure cloud solutions, M365, and mobile apps architecture and is a co-founder of a software development shop. Collecting 15 years of experience in software development.

Andrii’s strong technology background with entrepreneurship, employee onboarding experiences and high UX standards creates a great foundation for eCierge technological advantage implementation.

Along with her expertise in finance, Anita has significant experience in the global human nutrition market, wholesale consumer goods and eCommerce sales. She is highly skilled in leading in times of transformation and growth. Anita is known for her servant leadership approach, ability to handle complex situations and setting a strategic vision. Utilizing 25-years of leadership experience, Anita brings the most value when companies are looking to grow or turn their business and need to refresh or completely change their strategy.

Aida Pertsch is the Chief Innovation Officer for Ecierge. She is an innovative property management professional that has been in the industry for over 15 years, and has worn every hat, from working as a front desk agent to successfully leading a team of over 50 people as a Regional Director. She fully understands the needs, wants and dreams of residents, board of directors and investors. Aida is passionate about delivering value to her team and clients, providing extraordinary customer service, and creating systems that enhance the performance of the team while streamlining and simplifying everyday tasks. She has an exceptional strategic vision, and the ability to lead high-performing teams by creating a winning culture and empowering everyone.
